Though this has been a traditional recipe for some parts of India, it is getting lost between healthy yoghurts and fruit salads. Ingredients
- 1 cup Sesame seeds (white or black)
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 1/2 cup Peanuts (without skin)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Instructions
- Dry and toast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes.
- Finely grind the sesame seeds and peanuts.
- Grind in the jaggery, melted ghee, and cardamom.
- Combine all of the ingredients to make a dough.
- Form lemon-sized balls and serve!
