You will get extremely good results from your workouts for each 30 minutes and only do a few workouts per week if you decide to look at the positive side of the exercises.

Don’t exercise too much

If you're a beginner or even an expert your workout should not exceed 30 to 40 minutes to prevent any injury from occurring. Furthermore should you workout for about 60 minutes or even more, your workout will be less effective than those who decide to exercise for 30 minutes. Studies have shown that those people that tend to exercise a lot do it willingly as well as for fun. 

This is not advisable given that they will then eat or drink a lot to make amends for the energy that was lost during the intense workout. Most of the people start their exercises with what they like the most and then accompanied by what they like least. This can be a disadvantage because if you start with the exercises that you want most, by the time you are done, you will be so exhausted and have exhaust time to even start on what you hate. 

At that specific moment, you are most likely to give empty promises that you will finish up tomorrow. And as the saying goes tomorrow never comes so you are most likely to skip the exercises. Starting up by what you like most enables you to have well rounded and rewarding results. 

While doing the workout make sure you are not hungry because this can lead to a lot of unforeseen circumstances. Refusing to eat before working can get at the risk of performing at a lower capacity or even passing out.

Always pay attention to pain 

If your workouts start to hurt then stop doing it. That means you are doing the exercises all wrong. Many people assume that if you feel pain then you're doing it in the right way, no pain no gain works within this sector of exercises. Obviously there will be some discomforts at the start of working out until the endorphins take over but then if the pain persists despite the endorphins take over then you'll need to rethink your plan by switching to a less tedious workout or even stop the workout.

The pain may persist if your shoes are worn out and you need to fix it by purchasing new footwear. 

Know that you may have drawbacks

No one progresses from one level to the other without some drawbacks. So prior to plan be aware that you will encounter some drawbacks on your plan. These setbacks ought to be as a result of willpower and not due to injuries.

Avoid causing damage to yourself by missing one or two workouts because this can be one of the drawbacks. After you have missed your plan twice, maintain your self desired results and they'll help you get back on track.
