Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1/3 cup Mint leaves
- 2 cup Water
- Ice Cubes, optional
Instructions
- Cut the lemons and ginger into slices.
- In a pot, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon, ginger and mint leaves
- Set aside for 30 minutes to steep.
- Strain and serve at room temperature, reheat (without boiling) , or add ice cubes
