Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 Tomato, chopped
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Butter
Instructions
- Melt butter and sauté 1/4 cup onion, 1/2 tomato, and 1 garlic clove.
- Cook for a minute after adding the 1 cup chopped mushrooms.
- Season the mushroom with salt and pepper.
- Make an egg white omelette with 3 egg whiten beatean.
- Fill the omlette with the mushroom stuffings, fold it in half, and enjoy a nutritious meal!
